Broker's Comments

It was an absolute joy to meet the owner of this Rustler 36 on the yacht, purchased by current (second owner) in 2001 she boasts a wonderfully rich wood interior and there has been nothing not meticulously cared for and so many practical touches added to the running of this boat she is a fine example.
Rustler's are a well-proven stable seaworthy yacht and her heavy weather characteristics are why many are easily sailed by couples who find the handling ideal for short-handed sailing.
See recently taken underwater profile pictures - all anti fouled 2015.

Note of interest:
Golden Globe Race - To mark the 50 anniversary of the 1968/9 Sunday Times Golden Globe Race won by Sir Robin Knox-Johnston in “Suhaili”, a new Golden Globe race will set sail from Falmouth on 14 June 2018.
Competitors must sail in production boast between 32 -36ft designed before 1988 with full keel and hung rudders. A prize of £75,000 has been allocated for the 2018 race. The Rustler 36, with their renown world cruising reputation, would be an ideal boat. The following 3 years would allow the new owner to work the boat up for the voyage.
