I love steel barges, the strength of character they exude and the different ways in which owners convert them to live aboard.
This is no exception. She benefits from a practical and spacious layout due to the addition of the cabin on top of the original barge. With 5 cabins it would be easy to opt for an additional double bedroom instead of a second living room.
The main living area has lovely wooden floors and is really tastefully decorated.
The boat owners also own leasehold for the mooring. They would be willing to consider selling it for an additional price.
This houseboat enjoys a good mooring position and is not hemmed in by other boats.
