Broker's Comments

This Princess 35 needs a new owner who can take her and bring her back to life!

It's easy to see how her exterior is - she's a project and, as such, we've been careful to show as much much detail as possible as to what you may be undertaking. Teak decking aside, she seems to need general exterior cleaning and polishing and her fly bridge has suffered in the weather.

Her interior, though, with a wipe through and a bit of a spring clean is a surprisingly nice place to be and could come back to life with minimal fuss.

No systems have been checked and she'll need a proper going through, to assess what needs doing. She cannot be launched until her hull damage is repaired and her engines cannot be run in situ, so there is an element of risk for any purchaser.

The reason for her lack of use is the damage caused to her underside in an unfortunate transportation incident around 2020, which has left her in need of around £10k of work to rectify alone (a past quote is available upon request). Again, we've done our best to articulate the damaged area for you.

In the coming weeks she'll have her upper deck blasted and we'll attempt to turn her engines turn over by hand.
