Broker's Comments
A rare Seamaster 27 from the Carrington stable!
She has folding screens enabling access to all the Broads bridges and the spacious cockpit lends itself to those sociable times with the canopy down or up. The general condition of this boat is a credit to the current owners who have obviously taken great care of this boat.
The woodwork is in excellent condition for the age of this vessel with only a small and purely cosmetic bit of care.
A very comfortable saloon that converts to a double bed and a very nice and workable galley with a four burner cooker.
A high quality canopy that looks to be in excellent condition.
The water and fuel tanks have been replaced and the engine certainly appears to be in excellent condition. She is a dry boat.
The engine received a full service in early 2024 and has been only used for 12 hours since. She started on the button from cold!
Last antifouled in 2022 also the anodes were changed. The vendors had a survey when purchased 2 years ago and may be available to the new owner.
A holding tank has now been fitted as and from 31st July 2024!!
There is a current BSC.
Early viewing is highly recommended for this rare and sought-after boat.
The mooring is paid up until October 2024 and may be available with negotiation with the management.
This lovely boat is a sheer delight to be on board and will offer many days of pleasure to the new owner!
