Broker's Comments

This Southerly 28 has been with the current owners for 7 years, they have upgraded her, and maintained her to a very high standard.
Now it is time for a larger yacht, so this Southerly 28 is looking for a new owner. As you can see she is currently ashore, so is in her safe, winterised condition. But it is obvious to see that when spring arrives she will be looking fantastic.
The Southerly 28, with her lifting keel, provides excellent sailing performance, along with the ability to explore estuaries and shallow harbours.
I am sure you will not be disappointed when you come to view.
