Broker's Comments

The BayRaider Expedition built by Swallow Yachts encompasses modern technology with classic lines. She looks like a graceful traditional yawl but is built in GRP, has water ballast and carbon fibre spars. These make her a more rewarding boat to sail than her contemporaries and a lot faster, although she is easy to handle.
This yacht has been well cared for and has had little use. She has got copper coated anti fouling and her woodwork is all teak. The boom and bowsprit are made from Douglas Fir. Her Yanmar 6hp engine will pop her along happily at 6 knots. Also aboard are are a set of jointed oars. Below there is a spacious double berth and a gas cooker making her ideal for weekending.
She comes with a road trailer enabling one to take her exploring other destinations and she can be stored on it during winter periods.
This is a boat well worth viewing.
