Broker's Comments

This Finnsailer 29 Motor Sailor has been well cared for by her present owner. She is a sturdily built long term live-aboard with her very spacious two berth aft cabin with vanity/ sink, separate from the sitting/dining/ occasional double berth saloon area include galley, comprising sink unit, D.C. Fridge and gimballed gas two burner hob, grill and oven.
A separate W.C and vanity/sink area and a separate twin /berth double fore cabin completes remarkable internal space for its length, with extensive stowage throughout. The sinks are supplied with battery pumped water with foot pump standby.
There is a hanging locker and the cabin areas are heated by a butane powered warm air system.
The raised pilot house with wheel steering and the facility for tiller steering when under sail, gives exceptionally good visibility and with the central cockpit location and the canopy buttoned down provides more dry space whether on passage or in harbour.
With the canopy folded forward it is ideal for alfresco dining with a pedestal mounted table which stows below the main table forming a chart table/stowage.
A powerful Perkins inboard engine gives predictable passage times and roller reefing on main and genoa give the essential security when on passage offshore. This is the ideal set-up for extended cruising across the Channel with the relatively shallow draught making it ideal for extended cruising of the French Canals. Comfortable at home in mid- channel or harbour or tied up at the canal bank.
The main mast is the same length as the boat and can be stowed on deck for canal use with no overhangs.
