Broker's Comments

This is a lovely example of the Southerly 100, just back from a Channel Island holiday, providing great family memories.

The advantages of a centre wheel house you do not need to wear your 'round the world heavy oilies' when it’s pouring with rain or blowing half a gale, you can helm from the comfort of the wheelhouse and whilst moored up in the rain, you can watch those poor souls who don’t have a wheelhouse!

For the sunnier days there is a wheel in the cockpit. Although the sails and engine are original, they present well.

The Southerly range of yachts are well built quality vessels, giving the advantage of drying out in harbours, beaches and rivers. The shallow draft will allow you to explore up rivers or creeks yet with her keel down she is stiff and a fast passage maker
